Muhammad Taqi writes about several issues including the dispute he has with Khurramrud elders, relocating his wife because of the potential threat against her from the Khurramrud elders, and going to Asadabad at ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma's request. At the end, he talks about his state of desperation and the hardships his family, peasants, and himself have been through and asks ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma for help.

Water is also being prevented from coming to the farms which is brutal for the peasants. The writer also discusses the seizing of Sar Firuzabad farms. The author asks the addressee for justice and an investigation.

Includes issues facing several villages such as in Qaysar Abad village, where Najm al-Saltanah has issue with Karbalayi Mahdiquli, as a tenant, on it crops; the great functionality of a qanat; and increasing prices in Tehran. The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.

The notebook includes two reports. First one, Sunqur and Kulyayi's governor's reports to Kirmanshahan's government concerning bi-annual record of the year of 1924. The second report is to answer the questions of the ministries of commerce, agriculture and public works about the cattle plague in the area.
